Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Safe-Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Safe-Flow provides AI-guided breathing exercises, emotional regulation tools, and wellness tracking features. Our service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Safe-Flow offers free and paid subscription tiers: Découverte (free), Flow, and Flow Pro. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. A free trial period may be offered for new subscribers; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.

Free Trial

New users may be offered a limited free trial providing temporary access to premium features. The trial duration is specified in the app. After the trial expires, access to premium features requires an active subscription. Trial availability and duration may change at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Safe-Flow are owned by A-X Software SASU and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

Safe-Flow is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU regulations.
